We are pleased to announce the creation of a U.S. based non-profit organization Vidya-Gyan, which is committed to “Encourage Education, Cultivate Knowledge, & Enable Development” in India’s rural and suburban areas. The Executive Board believes that Vidya-Gyan, a grass root organization, would enable all of us to make tax-deductible contributions. Now you can sponsor scholarship(s) and/or support education enterprise in the college of your choice to celebrate the community where you were born, raised, and/or educated or to keep great memories alive of grandparents, parents, and/or the loved ones.
VISION: Vidya-Gyan envisions a world in which all individuals can and will seek Vidya (education) in the pursuit of Gyan (knowledge) to build the capability for development and innovation.
MISSION: Vidya-Gyan supports education and mentorship for individuals in rural and suburban areas to encourage and empower youth for further study. This will promote overall development and upliftment of the communities.
We seek your support, ideas, and encouragement for Vidya-Gyan to succeed in its mission. While the website is currently in the making, you are welcome to contact us at vidyagyan2014@gmail.com for more details and/or to make tax-deductible contributions.
