Demand of Saraswati Puja at Howrah Tehatta School, Police Brutalization: Chelvapila Analysis

This report by Eenadu dated 20th December sheds more light on the incident. The report suggests that after staying closed for 7 days, the school was allowed to reopen only after the assurance that Nabi Diwas would be celebrated. A meeting took place between the administration, school authorities and representatives of Islamic groups. They agreed to a 15-min celebration of the religious event and removal of religious flags hoisted on the school building.

The latest incident pertains to the Tehatta High School in Uluberia in Howrah district. A letter dated January 27 from Headmaster Utpal Mallik — who has since resigned from the post — reportedly said some “students and Islamic Fundamentalists” vandalized the school’s property and were preparing to celebrate Milad-un-Nabi the next day without seeking permission from the concerned authorities and hoisted an Islamic flag in the school.

After he sent the letter, the District Inspector, Secondary Education, Howrah on behalf of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education ordered (vide no 38 D dt 29.01.2017) an indefinite closure of the institute due to tension in the area. Mallik, meanwhile, quit as the headmaster citing the mental pressure he was being subjected to. “The normal relationship between a student and a teacher does not exist here,” he told Bengali daily Ei Samay.

Dear Friends,

Soon to be an ‘integral part of secular India’ West Bengal is reeling under sway of Islamists sponsored by Ms. Mamta Banerjee, if indeed it is still her name. She concludes her speeches with Khuda Hafiz. In such a state for Hindu students to celebrate Saraswathi Pooja will be anathema. Nabi Diwas is perfectly alright, befits secularism upheld by vestiges of secular stalwarts in UP besides W Bengal.

Only heartening thing in this dismal deterioration of state which once stood as bulwark for freedom struggle, so much so people of Bengal forced the mighty British raj not only rescind their partition of Bengal but also forced them to move their capital from Calcutta to more hospitable Delhi, now we are once again seeing the healthy reaction of Hindus to protest in opposition to secular Islamists who want to convert the whole state into another Islamic entity like in E Bengal.

This reaction is very essential, for there is no other place for Bengalis to run to, from Islamic Bangladesh they fled to West Bengal, only Bay of Bengal remains as sanctuary next. Obviously they do not like the prospect.

Already there is Pakistan, then Bangladesh which have eliminated Hinduism. India and Hindus of India are not bank deposits for Islamists to keep drawing from when ever and where ever they feel like, yest smiling they got their Pakistan, now will protesting get them another chunk of India ? May be the present ruling clique will not mind it, but rest of India does. It is good to see and  note that Eenadu, a news paper in Andhra has reacted to it .

Sordid history of partition should never be repeated, even if that means ousting outfits that hide under secular burka while carrying on loot , at the same time promoting Islamista who are   now a world wide threat to civilization.

When Congress was ruling , state governments were dismissed at mere whim of fancy for trivial reasons. What is happening in Bengal is far more serious than any thing that happened in states in the past where state governments run by non-Congress parties were dismissed.

W Bengal merits same treatment at present. And elections for state government can then be held under freer atmosphere with fear removed from majority of electorate.

Any heartfelt thanks to all Hindu activists, along with prayers for their success in the state and elsewhere for standing up to ongoing mischief. Their success will ensure what remains as Bengal today remains truly an integral part of India without any question now and forever.

Best wishes,

Chelvapilla

P S: Remember how Modi pointed out correctly in Ireland, following recital of Sanskrit slokas by Irish kids, such a thing would not be possible in India.

Upendra Bharti | HENB | Howrah | Jan 31, 2017::  Aggrieved students  and locals block NH-6 for hours, after Howrah school closed and Saraswati Puja halted by ‘Islamic fundamentalists’ after they were denied communal Milad-un-Nabi Jalsa in the school far from any educational purpose.
On 16th December, Utpal Mallik, the Teacher-in-charge of Tehatta High School in Howrah district of West Bengal wrote a letter to the Uluberia police station with endorsement to concerned authorities apprising them of a tense situation building up there. The letter revealed that some students of 9th and 10th standard of the school aided by outsiders, who were influenced by some local Islamic fundamentalists, had entered the school campus and forcibly celebrated Nabi Diwas (Birthday of Prophet Mohammed) on 13th Decemberwithout taking permission from the school authorities.
According to reports, those who entered the school premises forcibly, roughed up students and teachers, and also hoisted green Islamic flags atop the building. This forcible outside intervention in the functioning of the school led to school staff feeling insecure and communal tensions in the locality, thereby resulting in the school needing to be kept shut. This hampered the form fill-up of 10th standard students, who have to appear for board exams.

As a matter of fact,  after Dhulagarh burnt on 13th December, this incident at Tehatta – an area not far away from Dhulagarh – is showing the Jihadi empowerment in the district of Howrah under the full protection of WB CM Mamata Banerjee and the ruling party TMC. It is also believed that TMC MP of Uluberia Sultan Ahmed and the Haider Aziz Safwi, MLA of Uluberia Purba are behind the scene of Jihadi  instigation for a communal  atmosphere in the locality.
As the Saraswati Puja at stopped by the Jihadi element under TMC protection, the Hindu students of the Tehatta School and from other schools and the Hindu locals have blocked the NH-6 near the school for hours today afternoon.
