Hindus have a very glorifying history; but it is very unfortunate that such Convention has to be organized for uniting Hindus. We have started a movement called ‘Shiva-vandana’ in Pune district for keeping Hindus always alert towards Dharma. We used to approach youth every day and explain to them about Hindu Dharma. It led to creating unity amongst youth. Then we started the movement with the blessings of H. H. Dr. Athavale, of Sanatan Sanstha. We distributed a book titled ‘Dharmaveer’ for people to know the greatness of Dharmaveer Sambhaji Maharaj; distributed 3000 copies of book on ‘love jihad’ published by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) so as to create awareness towards the issue. 500 youth members started gathering once in a week for ‘Shiva-vandana’ program. Presently, such program of ‘Shiva-vandana’ is held at 22 places. On every Sunday, speakers of HJS present the topic of ‘Dharma-shikshan’ for 15 minutes. Hindu Rashtra cannot be formed so easily, without efforts. Awareness needs to be created. Hindu Rashtra will be established only when we unite.
