Dear Friends and Supporters,

Once again I am requesting everyone who believe in human rights and individual right should consider attending Protest Meeting to  support  Aakash Dalal cause on this Friday, March 28, 14 at 6:30 PM at Royal Albert’s Palace, 1050 King Georges Post Road, Fords, NJ 08837.  I strongly request, especially all south Asian and particularly all Indian American Community to join in large numbers to send loud and clear message to Hon. Attorney General of State of New Jersey and especially Hon. Governor Chris Christie to treat all minorities fairly and especially South Asian Community. We strongly believe Hon. Christie’s administration is unfair generally with minority and especially with South Asian Community. More than two months have passed since we have written to Hon. Christie and Attorney General Hon. John Hoffman to look into injustice to Aakash Dalal in Bergen County. We are very disappointed, as of today they have not even acknowledge receipt of our complain letter and grievances against Bergen County Prosecutor and Judge. We have only asked assurance of fairness to this young US borne boy who is in solitary confinement for last two years. We know and strongly believe Aakash is not a carrier criminal; as a matter of fact he is smart gifted and talented young American. He was a captain of Lodi High School Tennis Team, Winner of Bergen County Science League, Second place winner of a Science Competition in USA held by American Chemical Society. His SAT score was 2280 out of 2400 with perfect 4.0 GPA. He was President of Young American for Liberty in Rutgers College. He was Editor In Chief of www.unelected.org. He is not a flight risk and average family cannot afford $4 million bail without 10% option. Just imagine how these Politicians will react if their young son will be in solitary confinement for more than 2 years. All we are asking for a fair and speedy trial, change of venue for a fair trial and reasonable and affordable bail. Parents of Aakash, Dr. Adarsh and Harsha Dalal want their only son to be release on a reasonable bail to their loving care. They do not want their son to be psychologically dead in prison before the trial even begins.

Let us all stand up of for this young boy and raise your voice and concern to this Governor and his unfair administration. Today is Aakash, tomorrow it could be son or daughter of any one of us. So far we have a very positive strong response from South Asian Community  to our request for a big turnout to this meeting.
