Mangaluru (Karnataka) : ‘I will look into the matter of Islamic University coming up at Tirupati. I am going to file a case against the same. Despite the District Collector’s orders for demolition of storey of the University, no action has been taken so far; therefore, I will attend to this matter. My best wishes for the agitation planned by Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) on 20thDecember. Presently, I am busy with elections; therefore, I won’t be able to take part; but after next elections, Hindus will only have to rule this country; so there will be no need for you then to stage agitations.’ The above promise was given by Dr. Subramanian Swamy, a senior leader of BJP when activists of HJS called on him on 17th December and explained to him the issue related to HJS opposition to Islamic University under construction at Tirupati.
