Even when Patriotism is personal choice and trait, it is not something to be practiced in privacy! In fact some wear it on their sleeves very proudly as their ‘coat of armour’. However, respecting everyone’s take on the matter, we have been very diligent and careful in making members of Patriots Forum. In thousands, its members are growing steadily. Separation in our context is almost negligible!
Recent past we have received few requests for deleting their mail IDS from the chain-mails which started with caption – “Am I permitted to ask few stupid questions?” While some believe that most stupid questions also deserve very intelligent answers, others had different views and wanted to leave in a huff from such chain mails.
We would like to draw attention of all our members that such chain mails were not started by Patriots Forum and we can hardly do anything about it. Only the senders of such mails are to be approached by the recipients who wish to be excluded. On the other hand all mails from Patriots Forum come with mandatory “Unsubscribe” button, clicking on which will do the rest! Even this mail will have it. Even the Newsletters of PF have request to our members to let us know in case they do not wish to receive mails from us so that their mail IDs are removed at the earliest. In such cases, even when very miniscule, we send confirmatory mail that the mail ID is removed from our circulation list.
However fact is that many a times mails from this group are forwarded by the recipients to their own group of contacts and we have no control over them. In such cases, only the senders from whom you receive the mail in first instance need to be advised to remove your name.
Hope the matter’s technicalities and our limitations are understood and appreciated. We reiterate that all the mails from Patriots Forum’s Google Group will always have unsubscribe option and also all our newsletters also have similar request.
