Kudchade (Goa) : The Court has granted permission for slaughtering of cattle on the day of Eid in the State. Even then, incidents of butchers taking away stray cattle and slaughtering the animals are on rise. The Government should put immediate curb on such things; else Bajarang Dal will have to take up the path of agitation. The above warning was given by Shri. Datta Sangelkar, South Goa-Chief of Bajarang Dal, during a press conference at Kudchade. Sangelkar said that with the permission granted for slaughtering of cattle, butchers are taking advantage of the situation. They are catching stray animals and slaughtering them in illegal manner. The Government should immediately put cub over the same. The Government should catch stray animals and send them to ‘gou-shala’ or other government farms and make available fodder for such animals.(Congratulations to Bajarang Dal for striving to protect cows ! All pro-Hindu organizations should learn from Bajarang Dal and work for protection of cows with unity. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
