HJS lodges complaint against donation of idols; anti-Hindu Dharma drive of idol-donation undertaken again at Satara !
Satara (Maharashtra), 9th September – Art of Living (AOL) undertook a drive of idol donation in the river-bed of Venna near Vadhe although it is against Dharma-shastra. Few Hindus donated idols due to lack of Dharma-education. About 150 idols were donated by the time activists of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) reached the place. Shri. Sanjay Dhotmal of HJS has lodged a complaint with Satara city police station in connection with donation of idols as it has hurt religious sentiments of Hindus and has demanded to take action against concerned organization. Shri. Dhotmal has mentioned names of activists who accepted idols by way of donation.
1. On 8th September, HJS activists created awareness amongst local residents about immersion of idols. Krushna Kashid Maharaj and his wife Ms. Chandrabhaga Kashid, who is a member of Gram-Panchayat, were communicated about the matter. Both of them came to the place of incident along with their activists and appealed to devotees for not donating idols; however, people from ‘AOL’ continued their idol-donation drive.
2. On 4th September, AOL had undertaken similar drive at Mahuli when HJS activists explained to them, science behind immersion of idols in flowing water. AOL members, however, did not pay attention and continued their drive. They immersed all donated idols in artificial water tank. Later, they accepted their mistake and promised to jointly undertake immersion drive. But surprisingly within 4 days, they carried on a similar drive, breaking their promise.

Art Of Living forces devotees to immerse Sri Ganesha idols only in artificial water tanks even in Pune
Despite explaining science behind immersion of idols in flowing water, AOL members firm on their anti-Dharma-shastra stand
Pune, 9th September – Members of Art of Living (AOL) forced devotees to immerse Sri Ganesh idols in artificial water tank in the name of water pollution. On the day of ‘Anant Chaturdashi’, AOL members undertook a drive at Baba Bhide Bridge and Omkareshwar Ghat forcing devotees to immerse idols in artificial water tanks; going against Dharma-shastra. AOL activists were appealing devotees against immersion of idols in river water so as to avoid further pollution as the water in river was already polluted; thus pressurizing devotees to immerse idols in artificial water tanks. (AOL is a spiritual organization. It is wrong to undertake any drive which is against Dharma-shastra; moreover, after research, it has been scientifically proved that no water pollution is caused due to immersion of Sri Ganesh idols. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
It was published in the newspaper called ‘Pune Mirror’ that idols immersed in artificial water tanks, were later immersed in river, in a very inappropriate manner by the Municipal Corporation. HJS activists explained how immersion of Sri Ganesha idols in artificial water tank cause desecration of idols as also about the news in ‘Pune Mirror’; still AOL members remained firm on their improper stand carrying on their anti-Dharma-shastra drive. (It shows the dire need for imparting Dharma-shikshan to Hindus. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) With the grace of Sri Ganesh, devotees preferred to immerse idols in river.

Sri Ganesha idols immersed in river as per shastra at Pandharpur
Hindus should offer gratitude at Sri Ganesh’s feet for this success !
Outcome of legal notice served by ‘Hindutva-activists’ to Town Council
Pandharpur – The local Town Council had made it obligatory for people to immerse Ganesh-idols and flowers etc. offered to God in a pit claiming that immersion causes pollution of Chandrabhaga River; but ‘Ganesh Mandals’ got a notice issued against such forced immersion. As a result, all ‘Ganesha Mandals’ immersed idols in flowing water abiding by Dharma.
1. Pandharpur Town Council dug 4 pits on the bank of River Chandrabhaga for immersion of idols, by wrongly constructing an order issued by Mumbai High Court in this regard. Town Council opposed Hindus although there was enough water in the river. Police and Town Council gave a copy of High Court’s order to all ‘Ganesh Mandals‘, warning them verbally of taking action, if idols were immersed in river. All ‘Mandals’ naturally opposed such instructions. They served a legal notice to Town Council and announced it in a press conference. At the same time, lot of water was released in river from the dam which filled up all the 4 pits.
2. On the day of immersion, the Town Council had put up boards instructing people to refrain from throwing garbage on the bank of river so also from immersion of Ganesh idols, washing buffaloes and vehicles and to follow the rules strictly; but ‘Ganesh Mandals‘ immersed idols in river, abiding by their Dharma.

Ganesh idols immersed in flowing water disregarding appeal made by Municipal Corporation and Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti
Effect of awareness created by HJS
Dhule (Maharashtra) – Owing to awareness created by pro-Hindu organizations and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS), Gaensh-devotees immersed idols in flowing water on 8th September paying total disregard to the appeal made by workers of Dhule Municipal Corporation (DMC) and of Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti (ANiS). Thus, DMC and ANiS did not get a single idol this year. Pro-Hindu activists explained the science behind immersion of idols in flowing water to even employees of DMC and told them against undertaking such drive next year as it is the demand of Ganesh-devotees. Pro-Hindu activists and office bearers of various organizations like Shri. Pradip Panpatil, Kapil Sharma, Shri. Pathak of VHP; Dr. Yogesh Patil of ‘Yog Vedanta Samiti’ and Shri. Rupesh Marathe and Pankaj Bagul of HJS were present on the occasion.
Highlights : 1. One of the employees of DMC said that they were committing sin of being party to idol-donation drive but next year, they would inform their senior staff in advance and would keep away from such drive.
2. HJS had held press conference to create awareness on the subject as such there were very few vehicles assigned by DMC for idol-donation drive as compared to last year.

Pune : HJS lodges complaint against so-called environmentalists who lodged false complaints
Pune, 9th September – On 4th September, news about so-called environmentalists lodging false complaint against Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) with police was published by ‘Pune Mirror’. It was stated in the news that advocate Vikas Shinde lodged such complaint with Commissioner of Pune Municipal Corporation and Police Commissioner demanding action against HJS activists for cordoning off artificial water tanks and forcing devotees against immersing idols in those tanks. A complaint has been lodged by HJS with Pune Police Commissioner, Satish Mathur against these so-called environmentalists for defaming HJS and demanding action against the concerned.
HJS has been holding programs on the occasion of Ganesh Festival for past many years to create awareness amongst people about consecration of Ganesh idols, ‘puja’ and their immersion as per spiritual science. This year too, such drive was undertaken by HJS at Omkareshwar Ghat, to prevent harm caused to Dharma due to collection of idols as it is contrary to Dharma-shastra. The drive was undertaken in a very peaceful and lawful manner and it received good response from people. Still false complaint has been lodged against HJS by misusing Government machinery and provisions of law; only to implicate them in legal hassles. It has therefore, been stated in HJS’ complaint that cases should be filed against all concerned persons for misleading police by giving false information and for dismissal of complaint lodged against HJS.

Remains of immersed idols come out of water due to inadequate water in Irani quarry; Municipal Corporation indifferent towards Ganapati’s desecration !
For the same reason, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) has been insisting, all these years, for immersion of idols in flowing water !
Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : The condition of ‘Irani quarry’ was very bad as it was full of sludge and there was no adequate water in it. As such, Ganesha-idols should not have been immersed in this quarry; still devotees immersed idols and due to lack of enough water, remains of idols are now coming out. Many idols have come out of water. If these idols are not re-immersed, it will result in their denigration. Devotees are therefore, demanding that idols should be removed from the quarry and immersed in river. (Will Hindus unite and demand stringent action against the irresponsible officers of Municipal corporation ? Else, denigration of idols will continue ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat )

Desecration of donated idols in Gadhinglaj (Maharashtra)
-
Hindu Rashtra is the only solution for celebrating Hindus’ festivals in ideal manner !
-
Employees of municipality shove and jostle devotees
-
District Administration condemned; devotees re-immerse idols as per science
Gadhinglaj : An appeal was made by local municipality, as was done last year, for donation of idols. Employees of municipality desecrated donated idols and shoved and jostled citizens. (Municipalities indulging in unrighteous acts out of the money paid by Hindus by way of taxes, are anti-Hindus ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) This enraged devotees and pro-Hindu activists and they condemned the Administration. (Hindus should not leave by just protesting but pursue the matter further and see to it that the municipality does not undertake such unrighteous drives in future ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
1. This year, 125 idols were received in donation in response to an appeal made by the municipality. Employees of municipality brought the donated idols in a trolley in the night of 4th September after 10.00 p.m.
2. They threw some of the idols in a dilapidated well near local Ganapati temple; thus desecrating the idols. (Will these employees dare to take such action in respect of objects of worship of non–Hindus ? Hindus should oppose this wrongdoing in lawful manner and unite to foil the drive of idol-donation; else the same people will later oppose to even celebration of Ganesha festival ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
3. On 5th September, the employees of municipality observed strike and did no office work; thus trying to twist the issue. (Employees, who harass citizens for their own demands, should be taught a lesson; but it can be done only in Hindu Rashtra ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
4. All damaged idols were taken by devotees in procession for re-immersion. Devotees acclaimed Ganesha and condemned the local administration.
5. A representation signed by all participants joining the procession was later submitted to municipality, zonal officer and police.

Notice issued by Ganeshotsav Mandals to the City Council of Pandharpur (Maharashtra) !
Ganeshotsav Mandals (committees) resolve to immerse the Ganesh idols in flowing water according to Scriptures !
Issue of obstructing immersion in the river Chandrabhaga at Pandharpur !
Adv. Sandeep Apasingekar (left) giving information in the press conference other devout Hindus
Pandharpur (District Solapur) : In 3rd July 2014’s PIL of Mumbai High Court, some instructions have been given to the City Council in order to avoid pollution of the river Chandrabhaga. Legal experts have made it very clear that the High court has not banned the immersion of idols in the flowing water of the river. Therefore, the City Council and police should not misguide Ganesh-devotees giving false information about a ban being put on the idol immersion. A legal notice has been given to Pandharpur City Council on behalf of Ganesh Mandals stating that, if police and City Council hurt Hindus’ religious sentiments by opposing immersion of Ganesh idols in the flowing water of the river Chandrabhaga on the day of Anant Chaturdashi, then a case will be registered against them for hurting the religious sentiments of devotees. (Congratulations to all devout Hindus in Pandharpur for giving an answer to the City Council and police in a le]gal language ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) This information was given the Local Ganeshotsav Mandals in a press conference at Santantryaveer Savarkar library. It was also resolved at this time that since having good rainfall presently and due to releasing water from the dam, all Ganesh idols in Pandharpur could be easily immersed in the flowing water of the river Chandrabhaga instead of immersing them in a pool.

Congratulation to Hindu Ekta Movement for fighting constitutionally regarding Hindu’s religious sentiments !

Due to exhortation of devout Hindus, 97 % Ganesh idols immersed in the flowing water !
Karad (Maharashtra) : Idols of Shri Ganesh were immersed on the 7th day by devotees in the flowing water. Hindu activists of Sanatan Sanstha, Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Shivpratishthan, Hindu Ekta created awareness by exhorting devotees about the science behind immersing their idols at Krushnamai Ghat. Therefore 97 % Ganesh idols were immersed in the flowing water. Artificial pools were being created for immersion of Shri Ganesh idols by Karad Municipality and Environature Friends Club in the name of eco-friendly immersion. Girl students of a school were asking devotees to immerse their idols in the pool where the idols appeared to have been dumped one over the other. The girls were obstructing the devotees from going towards the river for immersion. Seeing this, Shrimati. Neela Desai of Sanatan Sanstha tried to exhort their teachers; but they were not in a position to listen to the explanation. Later HJS’ Shri. Manohar Jadhav, Shivpratishthan’s Shri. Yogesh Shetye, BJP’s Shri. Ganesh Kapse had discussion with the Head Master of the school; but he also did not try to understand the science.
