Like Gujarat, make laws related to Hindu’s Holy Cow-slaughter more stringent – Shri. Manish Pandey

Shri. Manish Pandey, State Vice President, Hindu Yuva Vahini, UP

Shri. Manish Pandey, State Vice President, Hindu Yuva Vahini, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh said, “There is a punishment of ten years imprisonment and Rs. 50,000/- as fine for the crime of cow-slaughter in State of Gujarat. In other States, however, the punishment is not so stringent. Other States should, therefore, follow the example of Gujarat and make their laws more stringent. It is necessary to be alert about transportation of cows or if cow-slaughtering is taking place. There should be provision under the law to punish even an owner of cow who sells his cow to a butcher. All of us should take active part in this mission with the blessings of ‘Gou-palak’ Shrikrushna.”
