Dear Friends,

Subject: An Humble Submission And A Request

Let us first of all make a firm statement that response mails from you, though not always necessary or needed or called for, provide us the stimulus to take our “fight” forward.

It is in this backdrop that we have an humble submission to make. In many cases when some of our circulatory mails expose harsh reality, some learned readers blame the last the UPA/Congress governments, including past leaders and go ga ga over that. Whom does it help?

Our humble submission is: that does neither reach the concerned, and, even if it such “abuses” reach the concerned, they shake it off like dirt nor does that help the cause of “regeneration” of the virtually dead Hindu intelligentsia or the somnabulant Hindu community as a whole, Which is our goal.

To take a specific case. We have in the recent past sent out “An Appeal To The Hindu Youth”, raising before them 25 areas of threats to the country, with the request to all of you that the matter, in our perception, was/is so important that it called for intense interpersonal debate/discussion how to overcome those threats.

Learned friends, we have a feeling our efforts have gone in vain. Not that such disappointments affect us much because we work truly with the clear understanding that we can only try; the result is not in our hands.

So, Friends, instead of bemoaning over the past failures, you can help us carry on the “fight” if the time and energy spent on that are better utilised in what we, meaning you and we, together, can do to win the “fight” that we have for whatever motivation undertaken years back. To blame the administration is the easiest thing to do while a little bit of introspection can help us achieve wonder.

Friends, please never for a moment treat this mail as philosophsing. Neither do we have the learning or ability to do so nor would we have the chick to do so. Our simple objective is to derive the best of your advice and guidance. The time and energy you have, highly precious as these are, ought to be spent fruitfully for the cause of the motherland and ought not to go waste and should instead bring us what we are seeking for.

We would at the end beg to be excused for inflicting on you this most unwarranted and uncalled for mail. We thought we would achieve better if we remain on the same wave length. We will not repent and shall remain positive in whatever we undertake. We strongly believe positive results are or can be achieved if only we think and remain positive in our attitude, work and commitment.

With SINCERE APOLGY,

Vandemataram,

Your sevak,

D.C. Nath

(Former Spl. Director, IB)
